Creativity brings prosperity and growth, but it can only be accessed when we are open and willing to show the best of who we are. When a team experiences creative wholeness, the courage needed to succeed is naturally integrated; this allows for inspired ideas to flow, and energized collaboration to take place. However, if individuals shy away from the vulnerability of sharing or risk-taking, the team becomes stagnant and its potential is limited. In this workshop, we will clear the guilt and shame that often comes up on a collective and individual level. This results in helping the team become stronger, braver, and more willing to shine their brightest light — factors which build a better, more abundant business.
